What it means
Overspeed was judged relative to the commanded velocity: the feedback speed exceeded the command-dependent limit derived from the threshold in parameter No.4464. Unlike absolute overspeed protection, this catches cases where actual speed runs proportionally beyond what was requested, such as runaway during field weakening or ratio errors.
