What it means
On the βi SVPM, STATUS1 (spindle/common unit) code 04 with '-' held on STATUS2 means the three-phase input to the common converter section lost a phase. Equivalent CNC alarm SP9004.
Likely causes
- Lost phase in incoming supply or input wiring
- Input magnetic contactor contact failure
- Input fuse blown on one phase
Triage note: Measure all three phases at TB1 before touching the amplifier.
