Fanuc alarm STATUS2:- (flash): Inverter control power supply error (servo unit)

What it means
On the combined βi SVPM (A06B-6134/6230) the STATUS2 (servo unit) display flashing '-' indicates an inverter control power supply error. Manual procedure: disconnect the axis pulse-coder feedback cable (JF*) to determine whether the fault is in the feedback cable, the motor or the SVPM.

- JF* pulse coder connector or cable defective
- Servo motor failure
- SVPM servo amplifier failure
