What it means
A speed exceeding the permitted travel velocity limit was commanded, and the resulting distribution value overflowed. This is fundamentally a parameter/setup issue: the combination of rapid rate, detection units, and pulse scaling produces values beyond the servo software's range. Recalculate detection units and check rapid traverse parameters against the maximum allowable speed for the configured resolution.
