What it means
DC link bus voltage dropped below threshold - reported from converter/power supply (PSM/PSU) side
Likely causes
- incoming phase loss / low AC supply
- pre-charge resistor or MCC contactor failure in PSM
- loose DC link bus bars between modules
- PSM internal charging circuit failure
Triage note: Measure all three input phases UNDER LOAD; chattering MCC or blown pre-charge resistor = replace power supply module, not the SVMs
