What it means
Current offset error - offset value of the current detector (equivalent to emergency-stop current) abnormally high.
Likely causes
- Current detector (shunt/hall sensing) failure inside amplifier
- Amplifier control PCB analog front-end failure
- Persistent after clean power cycle = hardware fault confirmed
Triage note: B-65285EN 3.3.8 Action 3: if alarm persists after power OFF/ON the current detector is faulty; for the αi series replace the amplifier. Unambiguous replace-the-amp indicator.
