What it means
The internal cooling fan of the servo amplifier has stopped. Heat sinks rely on this fan to dissipate switching losses; running without it risks cascading into overheat alarms or semiconductor damage. Fans are consumables — replace the fan cartridge, clean the filter/ducts, and verify the fan connector is properly seated.
