Likely causes
- IPM failure inside SVM
- sustained overload/high ambient temperature
- shorted motor or cable stressing the IPM
Triage note: After e-stop cooldown a single IPM event may clear; repeated trips = IPM/amp exchange; verify motor shorts first or new amp dies again
