Likely causes
- IPM/IGBT power stage destroyed
- Motor power lead short or ground fault
- Motor winding short
- SVM control-board gate-driver failure
Triage note: Always isolate motor/leads before installing the replacement - a shorted motor will kill the new SVM immediately.
