What it means

Software-level disconnection of the αi pulse coder was detected — feedback data ceased arriving in a way the servo software interprets as a break. Official guidance: power off, remove and reinsert the pulsecoder cable, and retry; if the alarm recurs, replace the pulse coder. Cables fail far more often than coders, so swap the cable first if a spare exists.
