What it means
In a safety signal mode, the monitor detected that the positional deviation of stopped axis n exceeded the limit in parameter No.1829. This is the monitor-side twin of the ordinary excess-error servo alarm, evaluated inside the safety cross-check. Verify parameter 1829 suits the machine; repeated trips with sane parameters suggest feedback or drive trouble.

- Axis drifting or being forced while commanded stationary (brake slip, gravity axis counterbalance fault)
