What it means
The servo amplifier heatsink temperature exceeded its limit. Sustained high load, degraded cooling, or a failed temperature sensor can all raise the reading. Clean filters/heatsinks, confirm fans run, compare load current to ratings, and only then suspect the sensor or amplifier electronics.
