Siemens alarm 10600: Channel %1 block %2 auxiliary function during thread cutting active

What it means

An auxiliary function (M or H) is being output while a synchronized thread-cutting block (G33/G331 family) is active. Thread blocks are locked to spindle revolutions, so auxiliary functions cannot be processed inside them. The channel stops at the offending block until the function output is moved out of the threading sequence.

Likely causes

• M or H function programmed directly in a G33/G331 thread block
• Cycle or macro inserting an M function between synchronized thread blocks
• Machine-data-configured M function triggered during thread machining
