What it means
In a thread block with linearly increasing lead, the programmed lead gain exceeds what the axis dynamics permit. The resulting acceleration demand on path axes or spindle would exceed machine limits. The lead increase must be reduced or spread over more revolutions.
Likely causes
- Lead-increase value too large per spindle revolution
- Thread ramp compressed into too few revolutions
- High spindle speed combined with large lead change
