What it means
A thread-cutting command was issued while a frame (rotation, translation, mirror or scaling) is active on the affected axes. Thread synchronization cannot be computed through this altered coordinate transformation. Deactivate the frame or program the thread in untransformed coordinates.
Likely causes
- ROT/TRANS/MIRROR/SCALE frame active during G33/G331 block
- Cycle applying a frame before the thread section
- Residual modal frame left from a previous program
