What it means
The programmed chamfer or corner radius is larger than the shorter of the two adjoining contour elements allows, so the control automatically reduces it to fit and continues with the shortened corner. This warning-class alarm indicates the finished corner differs from the drawing dimension.
Likely causes
- Chamfer/RND value bigger than adjacent block lengths
- Very short finishing strokes between corners
- Chained small moves leaving little room for the corner element
