Siemens alarm 14011: Channel %1 block %2 program %3 not existing or will be edited

What it means

A program call references a part program or subroutine that does not exist under the given name/path in the NCK file system, or is locked because it is currently open for editing. The call cannot be resolved and the channel stops. Verify name, directory and extension and close the program in the editor.

Likely causes

• Misspelled program name or wrong directory path
• Subroutine deleted or never loaded into NC memory
• Target program open in the HMI editor (locked)
