Siemens alarm 14011: Channel %1 block %2 program %3 not found

What it means
A program call refers to a program that does not exist in the NCK program memory. Per the Diagnostics Guide this typically occurs when the PI service FB-4 (program selection via PLC) is applied to a non-existent program, or a subprogram call, SETINT statement or PROC statement names a misspelled identifier. The block pointer stops at the offending block.
Likely causes
- Typing error in the program name given in parameter %3
- Program deleted, renamed or never transferred to the NCK
- PLC (FB-4) selecting a program path/name that does not exist
- Wrong directory (e.g. cycle not in _N_CST_DIR/_N_CMA_DIR)
