What it means

With radius programming (CR=) the distance between start and end point is larger than twice the programmed radius, so no connecting arc exists. The radius must be at least half the chord length. Increase the radius or correct the end point.

Likely causes

• CR= value smaller than half the start-end distance
• Sign error in CR= combined with short chord
• Rounding of coordinates enlarging the chord
