Siemens alarm 22062: [Channel %1: ] Axis %2 reference point approach: zero marker search velocity (MD) is not reached

What it means

In the zero-mark search phase the axis could not accelerate to the velocity stored in the referencing machine data. Because the mark prediction relies on constant speed, the approach is aborted instead of producing a wrong reference point.

Likely causes

• mechanical drag (guides, bellows, jam) preventing the search speed
• drive current limit or insufficient torque margin
• MD 34020 REFP_VELO_SEARCH_MARKER set above drive capability
• acceleration limits too aggressive for the axis mass
