What it means

The zero-marker search velocity in the referencing machine data is above what the axis may be commanded, for instance beyond the encoder frequency limit or the maximum axis velocity. Referencing is blocked until the value is corrected.

Likely causes

• MD 34020 set higher than MD 32000 MAX_AX_VELO or encoder limit frequency
• unit confusion (m/min vs mm/min, deg/min) after parameter edit
• copied machine data from another axis with different dynamics
