What it means

With at least one active encoder the actual axis velocity is cyclically checked; it rose above the threshold in MD 36200 AX_VELO_LIMIT, which should sit roughly 5-10% above the fastest physically possible traverse. Exceeding it implies uncontrolled or wrongly measured motion rather than normal operation.

Likely causes

• uncontrolled axis movement due to wrong polarity of position actual value (MD 32110 ENC_FEEDBACK_POL)
• encoder delivering wrong/overscaled speed readings
• fault on the speed setpoint path (bus cable, drive)
• MD 36200 parameterized too close to the really attainable maximum velocity
• oscillating speed control loop after tuning or hardware exchange
