What it means
The gear ratio machine data of the axis were modified while Extended Stop/Retract (Safety Integrated) was enabled. Since ESR braking distances depend on the transmission ratio, this combination is rejected as safety-relevant and must be resolved by a proper SI procedure.
Likely causes
- gear ratio (MD 31050/31060) edited online without disabling ESR first
- automatic gear ratio adaptation triggered during SI-enabled operation
- configuration restored from an archive with different ratio data
