What it means
The lead screw pitch machine data needed to convert motor revolutions into linear axis travel are missing or invalid (e.g. zero). The axis configuration is incomplete and the axis cannot be activated.
Likely causes
- lead screw pitch (MD 31030) not entered or zero
- pitch entered with wrong sign/unit after mechanics change
- rack-and-pinion or other transmission configured with inappropriate pitch data
