What it means
An EMERGENCY STOP request has been latched into the NCK via interface signal DB2600 DBX0.1. Axis motion and NC start are disabled until the e-stop chain is healthy again and the PLC acknowledges with DB2600 DBX0.2.
Likely causes
- E-stop pushbutton pressed or faulty
- Guard door interlock open
- Broken wire or missing 24 V in the hardwired safety chain
- PLC user logic requesting emergency stop
