What it means
The axis machine data point to a drive logic number that does not exist in the active drive configuration: MD 30110 CTRLOUT_MODULE_NR / MD 30220 ENC_MODULE_NR reference a module not listed in MD 13010 DRIVE_LOGIC_NR. Typically appears after exchanging or removing a drive module, after an unpowered boot of one module, or when the drive configuration and axis assignment have drifted apart.
Likely causes
- drive module missing, unpowered or failed at system boot
- axis MDs (30110/30220) not matching the configured drive bus topology (MD 13010)
- drive configuration edited without re-commissioning/re-booting the drives
- control board not reporting on the drive bus
