Read cycle of a drive address did not complete within ~1 ms monitoring window during initialization or cyclic operation; typical with drive-module power failure or bus hardware fault (ASIC, bus, drive modules).
Likely causes
- degraded drive bus cable (intermittent opens, pin corrosion)
- missing/incorrect drive bus termination
- drive bus transceiver failure inside a power module
- NCU drive-bus interface (control side) failure
- EMC/ground-loop noise on the bus
