Drive current exceeded the hardware trip level; instantaneous overcurrent detected in the power section.
Likely causes
- motor cable short circuit or ground fault
- motor winding fault (burnt/insulation breakdown)
- IGBT failure in 611D power module
- incorrect motor data / power section code parameterization
Triage note: Always megger motor and cable before refitting a replaced module - repeated resets into an overcurrent can destroy a marginal power module.
