Siemens alarm 300507: Axis %1 drive %2 synchronization error of rotor position

What it means
Fine synchronization found the rotor position more than 45 degrees electrical away from the position derived from the absolute C/D track of the motor encoder. This is a commutation-integrity monitor: disturbed encoder or zero-mark signals make the drive fire at the wrong rotor angle.
Likely causes
- damaged or poorly screened encoder cable (use original Siemens MOTION-CONNECT)
- loose shield connection on top screw of the control module front plate
- incorrect commutation angle offset MD 1016 (e.g. after motor/encoder exchange)
- defective motor encoder or 611D control module
Triage note: After encoder/motor work, re-run rotor position identification instead of repeatedly resetting the alarm.
