What it means
Speed times number of pole pairs exceeded the maximum converter frequency of the power section (fmax formula uses MD 1400/1146/1147 and pole data). Either the axis genuinely ran too fast, or the speed actual value is being mis-counted because encoder lines or motor data are wrong.
Likely causes
- wrong encoder line count in MD 1005 vs fitted encoder
- encoder supply short-circuit/ground fault corrupting speed actual value
- motor data wrong (pole pairs MD 1112, rated frequency MD 1134, speeds MD 1400/1146/1147)
- mechanical overspeed (e.g. falling vertical axis, spindle run-on)
