What it means
On every pulse disable the drive balances the current measurement to zero; here the measured value left permissible limits during balancing, e.g. because the motor kept turning on freewheeling diodes at low DC link voltage. The monitor therefore exposes drift or offset errors in the current measurement chain.
Likely causes
- faulty current measurement in power section or control module
- wrong power section variant fitted (1-axis/2-axis mismatch)
- poor contact between control module and power section (incl. locking screw torque)
- motor rotating during pulse disable (sequence problem)
