What it means
Induction/spindle drives only: the flux controller cannot reach its setpoint even at maximum current. The flux model depends on correct equivalent-circuit motor data, so this alarm usually exposes parameterization errors rather than hardware faults.
Likely causes
- incorrect motor equivalent-circuit data (replacement diagram data)
- motor data vs terminal connection mismatch (star/delta)
- current limit too low relative to magnetizing current (0.9 * MD 1238 * MD 1103 < MD 1136)
- power section undersized for the motor
