What it means
The integrated 808D PLC is not running cyclically: status 1 means the user program was never started, 2 means it was interrupted, 3 indicates another PLC alarm stopped it. No machine movement is possible while the PLC is stopped because enables and safety logic are frozen.

- Another PLC alarm forcing stop
- User program interrupted or test mode left active
- PLC stop selected deliberately in start-up menu
