Siemens alarm 400601: Configuration of loading points incorrect

What it means
The tool-management configuration held in the PLC (DB4) does not match the tool-management configuration in the NC - here specifically the number/definition of loading points. Tool management cannot reconcile magazine geography between NCK and PLC, so setup is rejected. The tool management setup has to be corrected and the control restarted.
Likely causes
- Tool management data regenerated in NC without recreating PLC data (DB4)
- More than 16 loading points configured (limit flagged separately by 410141)
- Manual edits of DB4 inconsistent with NC magazine data
