Siemens alarm 410151: Magazine data for tool management missing in the PLC

What it means
The TOOLMAN option is active but the magazine dataset was never transferred into the PLC, i.e. tool-management start-up was not completed. Without DB4 magazine data the PLC side of the tool manager cannot operate. On HMI Advanced the 'Create PLC Data' softkey must be pressed during tool-management commissioning, or DB4 must be written from DBB64 onward.
Likely causes
- 'Create PLC Data' softkey skipped during tool management commissioning
- PLC user program replaced after tool-management setup, wiping generated data
- Incomplete restore of a backup (NC data present, PLC DB4 data absent)
