What it means
This green indicator is informational, not a fault: the module's self-test passed and low voltages are healthy, but the enable chain from the PLC/NC has not energized terminal 48 (main contactor command), 63 (pulse enable) or 64 (drive enable). The 600 V bus stays off until the enables arrive.
Likely causes
- normal standby before PLC enables (expected state)
- PLC user program holding enables off (interlocks, E-stop circuit)
- open contactor feedback/NS1-NS2 loop or terminal 48 wiring fault
- broken conductor in the enable wiring harness
Triage note: Trace the enable ladder (terminals 48 -> NS1/NS2 -> 63 -> 64) with the machine's electrical schematic before suspecting the module.
