What it means
Single- or multi-phase supply failure at terminals U1/V1/W1, or commutating reactor missing/misselected, or supply fault level too low. Only I/R module pulses cancelled; regenerative feedback lost, ready relay drops out.
Likely causes
- blown line fuses (one or more phases)
- open contactor pole / single-phasing
- missing or incorrectly selected commutating reactor (HF)
- weak supply transformer
Triage note: LED panel on 611 monitoring/NE modules: LED1 red=±15V electronics fault, LED2 red=+5V fault, LED3 green=enables (63/64) missing, LED4 yellow=DC link charged, LED5 red=line supply fault, LED6 red=DC link overvoltage.
