What it means
600 V DC link overvoltage - pulses for complete drive group cancelled. On regulated (regenerative) 6SN1145-1BA00 units indicates stabilization/regeneration circuit fault; on non-regulated 6SN1145-1AA00 (resistor braking) indicates braking circuit fault, esp. during spindle braking.
Likely causes
- regenerative feedback circuit failure in I/R module
- external braking resistor open/not operational (UE pulsed-resistor variants)
- line supply voltage too high
- dynamic overload condition (hard decel)
- fluctuating 600 V ±1% = failing stabilization/regeneration electronics
Triage note: Monitor bus before LED lights: healthy 600 V +/-1%, stable during spindle accel/brake. Drift or sag under load = I/R module cannot deliver - replace.
