What it means
Individual power module reports fault or never becomes ready despite healthy infeed, correct enables and charged DC bus.
Likely causes
- IGBT bridge failure in power module
- internal DC-link capacitor bank dried/failed (module sags bus under load)
- gate-driver supply failure inside module
- control board (6SN1118) fault mimicking power-stage failure
- X351 equipment-bus contact fault starving electronics
Triage note: Spindle modules (esp. 50 A dual/single and 160 A single) are statistically the most repair-demanding 611 modules. Verify ~570-600 V DC bus at module bars before condemning.
