What it means
Steady A1106/B1106 is the normal parameter view of P1106 (power module code) after initialization - it is not itself an alarm; alarms flash. Combined with a constant red FAULT LED it means the drive is stuck not-ready: typically the parameterization was never completed or the FEPROM write (P0652) was missed, sometimes compounded by fault 039 power-section identification mismatch.
Likely causes
- initialization never finished (P0659=0 state left active, values unsaved)
- P1106 power module code lost/never stored - FEPROM empty after board swap
- identification mismatch between board and power module (flashing F039 would confirm)
- +24 V electronics supply ripple from X351/equipment bus
