What it means
The radius of the currently active tool reads zero or negative, which makes radius-compensated cycle motions undefined. Cycles that compute contact conditions from the cutter radius refuse to execute. Enter a valid positive radius in the tool list or select the correct cutting edge.
Likely causes
- Radius column empty/zero in the tool list
- Wrong D number (cutting edge) selected with unset radius
- Tool data lost after battery/memory failure
