What it means
Self-acknowledging warning (no stop): the KTY84/PTC sensor reached its alarm threshold (P1602 or the PTC switching temperature), or the thermal motor model hit the warning utilization P1269. It is the early-warning tier above which fault 613-class trips eventually follow if the load persists.

- motor/power section marginally sized for the application
- incorrect motor data inflating computed utilization
- weak motor fan; sensor ageing drift
