What it means
During POWER ON the 611U control board reads the hardware code of the plugged-in power module and compares it with parameter P1106. Supplementary info decodes the case: 0x100000 several power-section types identified, 0x200000 none identified, 0x30xxxx identified code differs from P1106 setting, 0x400000 the two axes of a 2-axis module carry different P1106 entries.
Likely causes
- control board not fully seated in the power module connector
- board transplanted onto a different power-module rating without updating P1106
- unsaved parameterization (P0652 FEPROM write missed) so P1106 lost at power-off
- X351/equipment bus contact fault preventing identification
Triage note: Remedy order: RESET/POWER ON, reseat board, set correct P1106 from the power module list, P0652=1, POWER ON again.
