Siemens alarm 611U-F501: Measuring circuit error, absolute current

What it means

The smoothed absolute current (time constant P1254) exceeded 120% of the permissible power-section current (P1107), or the threshold was violated during rotor position identification, or the current controller P-gain (P1120) is set so high that commanded current runs away. It protects the power section from sustained overcurrent.

• motor/controller data inconsistent with fitted power section
• rotor position identification current P1019 too high
• current controller gain/adaptation (P1120, P1180-P1182) mis-set
• current measurement hardware defect (control board or power section)
