What it means
Motor temperature sensor (KTY84/PTC/PT1000) reports over-temperature beyond threshold.
Likely causes
- blocked motor cooling fan / clogged fins
- genuine overload (duty cycle, cutting load)
- sensor circuit open or corroded connector (unrealistic r0035 reading)
- winding insulation degrading
Triage note: Sanity-check r0035: e.g. 25 C reported on a hot motor = open sensor circuit, not thermal overload.
