Siemens alarm F30013: Power unit: Temperature sensor heat sink short-circuit

What it means

One of the internal heat-sink temperature sensors reports a short-circuit signature to the evaluation electronics. The bit-coded fault value shows which measuring point (slot, air intake, inverter 1-6, rectifier 1-2) is affected. Like F30012 this indicates an internal hardware defect of the module rather than an external wiring issue.
