What it means
The measured IGBT/diode chip temperature exceeded its hard limit. The fault value contains the chip-vs-heatsink temperature difference in 0.01 degC units, showing whether the chips heat faster than the sink conducts away. Acknowledgement is only possible once the corresponding A05001 warning threshold has been undershot.
Likely causes
- insufficient cooling, fan failure or blocked airflow
- overload / duty cycle not maintained
- high ambient temperature
- pulse frequency above rated value
