What it means
The rectifier section of the power unit overheated beyond its permissible limit. Besides the usual cooling and load causes, a line supply phase failure also raises rectifier stress and can trigger this fault. The fault value reports the rectifier temperature in 0.01 degC.
Likely causes
- fan failure / insufficient cooling
- overload or high ambient temperature
- line supply phase failure increasing rectifier stress
Triage note: Acknowledge only after warning threshold A05004 has been undershot.
