What it means
A configured SLS limit speed would exceed the speed corresponding to an encoder frequency of 500 kHz at the safety evaluation input, which the monitoring circuits cannot safely process. The fault value reports the maximum permissible speed. It does not cause a safety stop but must be corrected before the safety functions can be validated.
Likely causes
- SLS limit values (p9331) set above encoder-capable frequency
- encoder changed for one with lower pulses-per-revolution without adapting limits
- drive data set copied from a machine with faster encoders
