What it means
The rectified amplitudes of the sine/cosine incremental signals A and B (and the vector A^2+B^2) are outside tolerance. The nominal level must lie around 500 mV peak (375-600 mV window); monitoring responds below ~130 mV or above ~955 mV. The hex fault value shows both track levels simultaneously, revealing whether one channel died, both sagged, or levels drifted upward.
